My fravorite website

My favourite web site is www.youtube.com . YouTube is a media sharing website which allow users to upload, share and view videos. This website uses Adobe Flash Video technology to display the user generated video content, including movie clips, TV clips, and music video. YouTube content huge numbers of video and most of the content on YouTube has been uploaded by individuals.

Not only for those users who already registered watch the video unregistered users also can watch the video, while the registered users are permitted to upload an unlimited number of videos.  Videos that are considered to contain potentially offensive content are available only to registered users 18 and older.

It has several reasons for the YouTube become my favourite website. In this website there are a lot of software tutorial video are available and i always learn from those video. Usually I will go and looking for the tutorial video when I want to using some new software. MTV of the song is also can be found in YouTube so that, I can watch the latest MTV video. We also can share the video to other website like facebook, blogger or twitter.

What is web gadgets?

A web gadget is a small application that can use for customize your web pages such as blogger or a HTML web page. It is very simple and easy to embed a web gadget into your website. There are a lot of web gadgets that you are able to find on world web site. I am sure you are probably most familiar with things like the clock gadget, currency gadgets and calendar gadget. Those gadgets would make your web page more interesting and may get some simple information from your web page without go and search the particular web site.

How to embed a web gadget into your blogger?

But the problem is how to embed web gadget into your website? The way for embed the web gadget into your web site or blogger are very simple. As blow show are some steps to embed a web gadget into your blogger.

Step 1

Go to Design--->page element. Select a place where you want to put the gadget by click the “add a gadget” link and select the java script from the gadget list in order to embed the embed code. Besides using the java script table, you also can choose the gadget that provide by the blogger.

Copy the embed code into java script table. Then click “save” button

Web gadgets are a very useful application. It is not only to customize your web page and also will bring some short and simple information to you. Besides that, you also embed some game gadgets into your blogger, his may make the viewer feel more interesting while visiting your blog~~~~XD

Business leadership~~

Last few weeks, we having a talk in our university and the topic of this talks is "Business Leadership". The talks was preside by Douglas L. Becker who is the chairman and chief executive officer of Laureate Education, Inc. What i had get from this talk was the ways of people to achieve success.  

Everyone have his own talent and you are the person who have the right to decided for using your talent to achieve success. On the other hand, we impossible to achieve the success without doing anything. For example, you create a new product and you will like to give to the other know your product but you did not done any promoting, is that possible for the other know you product?
Maybe starting you will fail, but if you work hard and just try and try, do you think possible you will fail forever? In order to get some things, maybe we have to spend some time or get more experience to generate the things that you wishing to achieve it. The most importance things is we must try, if you did not try it how you can get the final result?


 

Blogger for money~~~

Some people have strong personal feelings with respect to making money from their blogs.  If you think commercializing your blog is evil, immoral, unethical, uncool, lame, greedy, obnoxious, or anything along those lines, then don’t commercialize it.
